It was a great night with the family sledding the ice-covered slopes. It was extremely cold, but the fun kept us warm. O.K. I don't think Shoaff Park can be considered "slopes", but it's just my speed. Watching my kids along with my nephews and nieces slide down with pure abandonment was a much needed reminder to take time for fun. Their innocence and childish wonder was a reminder of all that's good. Last time we were sledding here was when Holly and her family were here. I miss them. Hmmmm, it's nice and warm in Arizona, maybe I should pay a visit to them.
